A 2017 ApHC membership
card for both the owner and exhibitor of the horse being
shown and the ApHC registration papers for the horse being
shown MUST be presented at the show office. Missouri law requires a 12 month coggins on ALL horses and a 30 day health certificate on ALL out of state horses. Please be prepared to present these documents at the Show Office as you enter the classes. Games: All games will be run each horse against the clock. Games Release Form MUST be signed by all exhibitors. Parent/guardian must sign for all youth entrants. Games Release Form on website moarkaphc.com Mo-Ark Appaloosa Horse Association and/or Lucky J Arena will not be responsible for any article of any kind or nature that may be lost, destroyed, damaged or stolen, although every precaution will be taken to protect property of exhibitors. Mo-Ark Appaloosa Horse Association will not be responsible or liable for any injury sustained by exhibitors or spectators. Under Missouri law an equine professional is not liable for an injury to or the death of a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities pursuant to the revised Statues of Missouri. Show Management reserves the right to combine classes if there are less than 3 entries. |
