Rules are posted at entry booth. |

Show Grounds Location: I-55 to Festus exit to Hwy A to
Hillsboro. Make Left on Hwy. 21. Grounds located on
right hand side. Trailers and spectators MUST enter
through Leon Hall Parkway, next right past grounds. |

Rules for Exhibitors |
|
Qualifying Age: Adult 18 and over. Youth 17 and
under. |
|
Hitting
a horse in front of saddle is a disqualification. |
|
Exhibitors under 18 years must have a parent or
responsible party sign for them. (DOB from January 1) |
|
Palming
a barrel is a disqualification. |
|
Suitable attire required in all classes. |
|
Knocking down a barrel is a 5 second penalty. |
|
Hats
required in all classes but speed. |
|
Boots
with defined heels are required for all riding classes. |
|
Helmet
required on all youth ages 10 and under in all speed
classes. |
|
*Gaited
Horses - No pads, open frog, legal plantation shoes,
bands-heavy shod only, lite shod 3/4 x 3/8. |
|
Speed horses must enter and exit ring
with horse under control. No running is allowed entering
or exiting the ring. |
