One of the older horse organizations in the region, established
in 1965, the MWHSA, located in the Farmington, Park Hills area,
hosts a program of shows at the Faith Cowboy Church and we host the
St. Francois County Fair Horse Show at the
St. Francois County Fairgrounds.
Though our name says Missouri Western, our show bill also includes
classes for English and gaited horses, as well as a variety of
pleasure and speed events. Participants are urged to compete for
year end High Point awards. In addition to our regular series of
shows, we sponsor the Speed Show and the Pleasure Show elements of
the St. Francis County Fair events.
