Adult -- $8 per day
Child (21 & under) – Free

Shavings available on grounds

Parking: $5 per day.
All exhibitors must purchase a parking tag to be displayed in vehicle. (All untagged vehicles will be towed at owner’s expense.)

RV Hookups
Complete camping form on State Fair website.

Exhibitors are not to arrive prior to 4 p.m. Wednesday (8/18), and must check out by 10 a.m. Friday (8/20).

All horses are required to have a current Coggins. In addition, all out-of-state horses must be accompanied by health papers.

At the end of the show, all exhibitors must have a release signed by the MoRHA Show Secretary in order to leave the fairgrounds. This form will indicate the number of horses released to the person listed, and be checked by the gate staff upon exit.

All Age: $10 /class/judge Amateur: $10 /class /judge Youth: $5 /class/judge Show All Day All Age & Amateur: $60 /judge Youth: $10 /judge All Day Horse (any combination of all 3 divisions): $75 /judge Cattle Charge: $20 per exhibitor per class Office Fee: $10 per horse MoRHA, $6 per horse ARHA Stalls: $25 (no tie-outs, all horses must be stalled)

Non-Member Fees

 ARHA Ranch Horse Versatility Fee: $100 plus regular show fees. 50% Payback at each show. 50% Payback by ARHA at year end. Buckle awarded to winner at show if 5+ entries. Classes Include: Versatility Conformation, Versatility Ranch Riding, Ranch Trail, Ranch Cutting, and Working Ranch Horse. Additional Show Information Horse’s registered name and ARHA number, as well as owner’s and exhibitor’s ARHA numbers must be legibly printed on entry forms. Entries not accepted without this information. Current ARHA membership card must be presented at time of entry. Owner and exhibitor addresses also required on entries. . Must be a MoRHA member to be eligible for year-end club awards. All youth classes are 18 and under. Negative Coggins required for all horses. Health certificates required for out of state horses. NO DOGS ALLOWED ON FAIRGROUNDS. SMOKING ALLOWED IN DESIGNATED AREAS ONLY. NO ALCOHOL. MoRHA, ARHA, and The Missouri State Fair are NOT responsible for accidents or injuries to horses, exhibitors or spectators. Missouri Equine Liability statute in effect. Limited stalls. Call for reservations.
Horse Show open to all registered Western Stock horses (AQHA, APHA, ApHC, IBHA, etc.) Show your horse for National All Age-Amateur-Youth points. Earn ROM’s, Superiors & other National titles. No fake tails, banded manes or hoof polish. No gimmicks to distract from the horse’s natural appearance or movement. Join ARHA, register & show your horse the same day (with additional $10/membership and $10/horse registration. Must have front and back copies of Breed Registry papers). Registration and membership can be completed prior to the show at ARHA website. Exhibitors and herd help must show in western shirt, hat/helmet, boots and jeans. Working tack only for horses.
