MAY BE LOST, DESTROYED OR STOLEN ALTHOUGH EVERY
PRECAUTION WILL BE TAKEN TO PROTECT PROPERTY OF THE

The Midway Budget Inn located on the show
grounds. Call (573) 445-9565 for reservations. Midway
Budget Inn has offered exceptional rates for all our
show participants. Just mention that you are SHOW ME
ApHC PEOPLE when you arrive. |

NOTICE Show Facilities require (ALL DOGS IN MAIN ARENA
MUST BE ON A LEASH AND UNDER CONTROL AT ALL TIMES.) |

ApHC Membership Card, Horse's Registration papers (front
& back) must be shown to the office personnel. Missouri
Law requires 12 month Coggins on all horses and 30 days
health certificate on OUT OF STATE HORSES. |

Make CHECKS payable to Show Me ApHC. There are no
refunds without the show management approval.
Application for National ApHC memberships & Non Pro
Status will be available in the office. |

ME ApHC YEAR END AWARDS
Year
end points accumulation will begin on the date your Show
Me Club dues are paid. BOTH OWNERS & EXHIBITORS MUST BE
MEMBERS for points to accumulate towards awards. |

Games Release Form must be signed by all exhibitors.
Parent/Guardian must sign for youth entrants.
|

YOUTH -- The Show ME ApHC is paying for
class entry fees & National fees. You are still
responsible for all additional expenses. |
|
All Exhibitors: In order for your National Points to be
turned in all expenses must be paid before you leave the
show grounds. This includes stall, shavings, & RV
hookups as well as any show expenses. |
