The Missouri Arabian Riders’ and
Breeders’ Society (MOARABS), the Jefferson County Parks
and Recreation Department, and Agri-Med of Lincoln
County will not be responsible for any lost/stolen
property or accidents. |

Rules: 1) Good sportsmanship is to be displayed at
ALL times by both participants and spectators!
2) Stallion handlers must be 18 or older. 3) No
entering or exiting the ring at a run for any class.
4) Hitting in front of the saddles is a
disqualification. 5) Participant numbers must be
visible to the judge(s) and/or timer(s)—failure to do so
may result in disqualification for that class. 6) Tack
changes must be requested at least one class prior to
class. Only 3 minutes will be allowed for a tack
change. 7) Proper attire is required for
riders/exhibitors for all classes. Boots and
jeans/breeches are required in all classes. NO
SHORTS!!! 8) All horses and riders/exhibitors should
be ready to enter the ring when their class/name is
called. 9) The decisions of the judge(s) are final.
10) Class changes and/or additions must be made at
least two classes before that class. 11) No refund for
scratches in any class. 12) All dogs must be on a
leash at all times. 13) Special rules for
individual classes can be found in the show program.
14) Abusive behavior in or out of the ring will not be
tolerated!!! Violators will be asked to leave the
grounds immediately. |

From Highway 30:
Take Hwy Y (about 7 miles west of Cedar Hill and
1 mile east of the Jefferson County/Franklin
County line). Go 1.9 miles and turn right.
Follow the road to the show grounds. |
From Highway 61:
Take Hwy 47 east (away from town). Go 2.7 miles
and turn right. The arena is behind the
buildings along the highway. |

From Highway 21:
At De Soto, take Hwy Y. Go 7.4 miles |
From Highway 79:
Take Hwy 47. Go 0.3 miles past the entrance to
Cuivre River State Park/Hwy 147 and turn left.
